Hi , I am a nursing mother with 2.5 months old baby. I was told not to take multivitamins with preformed Vitamin A in it but rather take caretone type vitamin A during my pregnancy. Hi I am a nursing mother and I started to loose a lot of hair. I did not have much problem during pregnancy but after the birth my hair. started falling out rapidly.Is this normal? Is the hair loss permanent or will it grow back? (FYI I do take a prenatal vitamin everyday and a calcium supplement). Thank you for your answer
